First Method:

           1.   At the first time, you need to keep battery charge above 60%

       2. Now confirm that your smartphone’s "Power off"

               

   

       3. Now press the Volume Down button and Power Button.

       5. Use "Volume Key" to move and "Power Key" to confirm

       6. Now select the "Wipe Data - Factory Reset"

Factory Reset Method for HTC U Ultra 

Second Method:

       1. Make sure that your smartphone are open and running.

       2.Go to Setting option also selecting via Menu option.

       3. Go to "Backup & Reset" option.

       4.Here, you can see that what kinds of data will be erased after made Factory Reset.

       5.Now, select the "Factory Data Reset" from the Setting option.

       6.Now, confirm your selection "Factory Reset".

       7. Select "Reset Device"

       8.Now Press "Delete All".
